Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order. Your will receive a confirmation email when your order is received as well as another email with tracking information when your order has been processed and shipped

Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different strategically located warehouses which may, however unlikely, result in multiple shippng charges. If this occurs, you will be notified at checkout of the multiple charges before paying and submitting you order. All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

 International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@yourbestfriendpetboutique.com with your name and order number, we will investigate the status of the shipment for you.
