A 30-day return policy applies to the majority of our products however, there are some exceptions. Some products are non-returnable or exchangeable and some products have a shorter return period. Any exceptions to our 30 day return/exchange policy will be noted in each product's product description. To return eligible items you have 30 days(or less if otherwise noted in the product description) after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@yourbestfriendpetboutique.com. Please tell us the reason for the return. We will provide you with the address to which the returned item must be sent.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exhanges-If an item is eligible for exchange, the best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at headman@cranium.care to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
