Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is received. Once processed, the standard shipping time is typically 4-8 business days based on the shipper used.

Where do you ship your products from?

For the most part, our products are shipped from Fairfield, New Jersey.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. In fact, we only ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia.

How long will it take to ship my order?
My order never got to me, what do I do?

Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method used however, most standard shipped orders should take no longer than 4-8 days after the order has been processed.

Can I exchange an item?

Exceptions-Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) or where otherwise noted in the product description. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exhanges-If an item is eligible for exchange, the best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. What is your return policy?

A 30-day return policy applies to the majority of our products however, there are  some exceptions. Some products are non-returnable or exchangeable and some products have a shorter return period. Any exceptions to our 30 day return/exchange policy will be noted in each product's product description. To return eligible items you have 30 days(or less if otherwise noted in the product description) after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@yourbestfriendpetboutique.com. Please tell us the reason for the return. We will provide you with the address to which the returned item must be sent.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
